Nic has ten years’ audit assurance experience in Public Practice (in CA environment). Over that time, he has specialised in the external audits of a wide base of both public and private sector industries ranging from Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) and NZX listed for-profit entities such as financial service providers and insurance companies to a multitude of farms, schools, special-purpose trusts and charities.  Nic is well versed in the auditing and reporting requirements for the Not-For-Profit sector or Public Benefit Entity (PBE) as it is now known.

Key areas of interest and experience include systems and internal control analysis, taxation and assisting in the preparation of annual financial statements.

As a Senior Auditor, Nic strives to maintain our assurance services to a high technical standard, while also ensuring they remain practical to our clients in terms of their real-world application.

Nic has a Bachelor of Accounting Science (BCOMPT) – UNISA (University of South Africa) and has completed his Articles – SAICA (South African Institute of Chartered Accountants).  Nic is pursuing his Chartered Accountant (CA) accreditation with the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ).
